Question about 2003 Buick LeSabre
Most auto parts stores will change the battery for you if you purchase a battery from them. Walmart, NTB, Firestone, Sears, Pep Boys, etc..., offer this service also.

I would suggest a quality replacement with the recommended specifications for your vehicle. I.E, size, CCA, post orientation.
Pretty straight forward, cost and your individual preference are your limits. Figure between $50- $90 as a reference point. Mine was about $72 for a 1999 Buick Century, which is similar to yours.
