Got the same problem, but after stepping on the gas and let the engine rev for a couple of seconds, then it will go back to normal.

Use abit of force
probably you are in a hill up or down
all the wight of the car is on the gear
not helping take a guy or two and shove the car few inches up the hill while you take it out of park
