Question about 2002 Pontiac Grand Am
O.K. getting the door off is a little tricky, Their is even a screw hid behind the little red reflector. You should be able to locate the rest. Once you get them out, the door pops off of those little white plugs in most new cars. After that you need to purchase a power window regulator. That is what broke that made your window fall in. It looks complicated, but it is only three or so bolts to change out. If you broke the window, Call around the salvage yards to try & locate a replacement. Don't forget to make sure you get one that has tinting if your was tinted.

It could be the cable that runs the window up and down. I had that problem with 3 of my windows so far. I had to replace one of the window motors and just the cable on the others was the problem.
