No enough information. Question, did you install the new battery properly?.. Is the new battery fully charged? Did you break either battery cable/connector?

Verify (test) the battery is good/charged. Verify good, clean cable connections (positive & negative, correct polarity). Inspect positive and negative cables for loosness (positive cable condition to starter connection - clean/tight) negative cable condition to ground connection clean/tight). Replace/repair/clean/tighten cable(s) as needed. Did you remove/disconnect any components from the engine when you replaced the battery? If so, did you remember to put/reconnect them back?

Changed oil in 05 vw jetta and exhaust light came on.

Hi Dohn. The save levelto fill you oil is 3/4 from empty on your dip stick. This gives the engine space to breath. What has most likely happened here is, the engine has had too much oil and is trying to find a way out which will end up on your drive or through yor exhaust.

Audi engine oil leak?

Sounds like a leaking valve cover gasket. The parts are around $50 to do both cylinder heads from www.ecstuning.com. It's not a major issue, but it may be a sore point to a potential buyer.

Light tapping noise coming from engine

this is a very common problem or so i have heard mine has been doing it for two years and its still fine. what i do is buy some gunk oil treatment or i hear seafoam works good too. put it in 5 min before oil change and it will clean the build up in oil passages and free the sticky valves then use mobil one full synthetic oil its much better plain oil wont help it ive tried. and the noise will go away untill its time to do it again. i usually get 4-5 months noise free then it will start again.
