I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla with a 2nd cylinder misfire. Code reads p0320

    that code is "Crankshaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor circuit malfunction". Find the crankshaft position sensor and check to see if the wires to it are damaged or the connector is damaged. Use an ohmeter and check the resistance of the CKP. It should be within spec's for your vehicle--typically 200 to 2000 ohms. Connect a multimeter set on AC voltage scale to the CKP. Crank the engine over with the starter or by hand with a large ratchet or breaker bar. Look for AC voltage to be produced. If either of these checks show a malfunctioning CKP, replace it. If not, check the ignition module if you have one.

SOURCE: I have a 2000 dodge durango, I have a code P0320.

I put in a new crank positioning sensor and it fixed my problem. 42.00 dollars from NAPA. took about 2 hours to change it.

Crbbndt's solution is perfect. Just be aware that if you have trouble getting the new assembly back in, you may need to use a pair of long nose pliers to turn the blade inside the receiver hole back to the aux position from off. They sometimes turn them selves to the off position during the removal

That code is specific to the Air-Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P1135 Trouble Area:
 Open or short in A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1)
 A/F sensor (bank 1, sensor 1) heater
 ECM __________________

2) replace the spark plug on 3 cylinder if worn out;
3) need to check the el wire condition which supplies el to cylinder 3 - might need to replace the whole wiring el . Package...
4) erase the code once the parts are replaced.

it will be better to replace all spark plugs at once

it is very possible that you got a bad plug wire check and make sure the plug wire is seating right and staying in place

There are few possibilities that can cause engine misfire issues. It can be issue with spark plugs or faulty spark plugs. Also get the compression test done for cylinders. If any of cylinder shows low compression then required, then that particular cylinder will cause misfire.

Also get obd codes scanned, the error code will let you know which cylinder is misfiring or all cylinders are misfiring.

Number 3 and 4 are not firing from coil on 2002 subaru outback 2.5
its faulty coil.

Get the compression test done on each coil.these will let you know if its faulty coil or not.
