Where at the input and output sensors on a 99 plymouth breeze 2.0 ltr

when standing in front of the car looking down at the front of the transmission the input speed sensor is the one right below where the two transmission lines attach to the transmission.

The output speed sensor looks exactly the same as the input speed sensor. It is just a little more to the drivers side of the front of the transmission.

I have a 1998 Plymouth breeze that won't start.

Hello! I would suggest having a look at the Brown wire that connects to the starter solenoid...It may be touching chassis ground...Also check the Large Red lead that attaches to the starter...One or both are touching chassis ground...If the Red lead is against ground it will not blow a fuse, in that it is connected directly to battery...And give the systoms that you have...Guru...saailer
