2003 stratus has a new starter ,charged battery but will not crank

Check the fuse, relay? When you turn the Key on, do you see a security light and it goes out. Dodges will kill the starter after 3 unsuccessful security fails. If all that is good, you will need to start checking wires and the ignition switch. You'll need a volt/ohm meter.

2006 dodge caravan will not start just noise in fuse box

Make sure the battery is fully charged first. If this still happens you may need to replace the starter relay (located in the fuse box). Those would be the first two steps to take. After these you have to start looking at replacing the starter itself.

2003 Dodge Stratus will not stay started

Check the charging system. Charge battery until fully charged. Check battery voltage when engine is runnig. Volts should be 13.5-14.5. If not the alternator is malfunctioning. Let me know if this helps. Moe
