Question about Cadillac Catera
If you can get under the car, you can connect a wire to the main terminal of the starter motor, and another to ground. This should give you necessary system power. Be careful not to touch anything other than the starter main terminal though or it will create a short and sparks. Connect other wire ends to another (or your replacement battery, making sure that the one going to the starter is connected to the (+) terminal)
