I need instructions on how to remove the clamp on the rubber hose between the air intake to mass air flow sensor x-type jaguar?

usually it's just a ring clamp. What does yours look like?

Is it a 2.5L V6?

It would be the same as European Ford Mondeo.

What is a vacuum leak on my Jaguar 2002 X-Type 2.5

Have you checked the large rubber pipe that goes from bank 2 cam cover to the intake manifold as they are prone to splitting. To check you will need to remove the 3 srews that hold the engine cover on.

If not look for an air leak around the intake manifold seals

Jaguar 2002 s type Cabin air filter - engine air intake filter

I'm not sure what the cabin filter is but the air filter is straight forward. With the hood open you should see the air box just inside on the right with the large induction hose going across and to the engine. The top of the air box should open with a couple of hooks or clamps and the air filter sits on top inside the open box.

My 2002 s type jaguar won't heat, only blows cold air

Sounds like your heater water control flow valve is not operating, and stuck on closed, cold position.

Hope this has been of help.

Good Luck
