Question about 2000 Volvo V70
When I switch on my cruise control via the steering wheel the car slows down when I release the accelerator. I then hold down the button and the car will eventually pick up speed but when it get to 60mph it stops working completely but then the reset doesn't work. Any ideas?
Check the brake switch below the brake pedal. It may think the brake is being pressed if that switch is not working properly. Also check for vacuum hose leak or damage in the same area.
