Key will not come out of switch, want turn off

you should never jerk the key out when it gets stuck put the shifter in park sometimes the shifter is not all the way in park you may have to keep moving it in and out of gear until it is all the way in park and you are not applying the brakes and wait for a few seconds and the key should come out sometimes you need to do this again

Why does my car jerk when i change the transmission from park to drive

the idle RPM is too high
or its just too cold,
how cold is it outdoors?
idle speeds cold can be about 1500 RPM/ cold.
and will ****.
it jerks because you are taking 0 torque from engine
and the sending that to a stalled rear axle.
this cause a ****, that is why the park lock out requires Brakes on
so yo dont run over things.

Jerking when brake applied

sounds like either the wheels need balanced or your brake booster is faulty. if the pedal pushes back when you press it and causes the jerking then its your booster but if the car just shakes when your applying the brake then there is a balance issue or suspension issue like alignment.

MY MAZDA 626 2000 MODEL HAS JUST RETURNED FROM THE MECHANIC FOLLOWING AN OIL RING CHANGE. NOW IT JERKS LIGHTLY WHILE IDLE BUT THE JERKING GETS WORSE WHEN GEAR IS ENGAGED IN DRIVE AND EVEN WORSE WHEN BRAKES...

sounds like apossible vacuim leak u may have vacuim line off or a bad connection sucking air into inlet manifold and upsetting air/fuel mixture could be in the vacuim line 2 the brake booster i would take it back 2 the mechanic and have them sort it as u dont what 2 damage ur new rings

Are the engine rpms climbing when its jerking forward? seems like it could be a Transmission torque converter problem.
