1998 is pretty old in the automotive world. You may have to shop junkyards to get a replacement.

My 1999 buick park avenue a/c will blow out at window vent and floor vent but not at dash vent

It's one of the blend door motor drive gears that has cracked. As the motors try to move the blend doors to divert the air flow, the gear attached to them slips on the drive shaft. You need to remove them, inspect for the broken or cracked drive gear and replace them. This is a very common problem with these older GM vehicles.

A/c sounds like it is blowing good but not much air coming out of vents

check for vacuum leaks, if your control doesn't have sufficient vacuum the mode doors wont operate correctly, no vac. will result in the air blowing out the floor vents, there is 1 vac line from the engine to the firewall that feeds the ac system

you must have a bad vacumm leak check underneath the hood and follow the hoses leading to the intake manifold towards the firewall.

I have a 1991 Buick Park avenue with 44,000 miles that is not blowing air through the vents. I just put a brand new resistor in and that changed nothing. The fan spins at a low speed when the car is turned...

Switch the relay with one of the other relays to make sure that this relay is good then go to the HVAC control programer which is behind the floor vent (middle). The Blk/gray wire is the one that supports the relay coming out of the HVAC programmer, but there is a chance that this programmer is bad. If that proves to be the case, I may even have one...let me know.

Nothing blows out dash vents, but will blow out thru defrost nad floor vents on 1999 buick PA with dual auto air controls

check for a vacuum leak in the hose going to the heater controls. Goes from engine compartment, through firewall, into dash to control head. Also, has a vacuum storage canister under hood. When system fails, it defaults to defrost.

98 Park Avenue blower control

It sounds like the air distribution door motor is bad. If you turn the fan speed to low with the ignition on/engine off and try to change the mode to something other than defrost, you should faintly hear a motor running. If its making clicking noises, then it is most likely stripped. This is a fairly common problem with mode door motors. It will have one on each temp door for the dual climate control as well. Those ones usually last longer.
