Question about 1990 Dodge Daytona
I have a 1990 dodge daytona, and need to replce the headlamp motor relay, but I don't know where it is. Can you tell me where it is located?
Had the same problem on mine. It's easy to resolve. in the center top of the dash board, juste under a plastic panel, you will see a plastic box whit a big plug you problem is inside. This box is seal by a cahoutchouc resin, its better to open the box when te temperate is very hot, the resin is more easyer to put out. Open te box delicaly and be careful of the electric plate. When you have clean resin of the electric plate check all weld, you will find one or more who are not very well. you juste have to rebuild the bad weld. you problem is now repair. if you have any question you can write me on email@example.com excuse my english but I'm a french man

The module is clipped to a bar under the dash on the left side of the steering column. It is a black box that has a notch in it. If you cut open the box, after you remove it from the car, then carefully remove the board from the box, and cut away the moulded tan rubber compound from the back side of the board. Careful, you don't want to scratch the board!! Resolder the connections on the back, using rosin cored solder, then put the rubber compound and and the resoldered board back into the box, glue or tape it closed, and put it back into your car, should be good to go. I did this on my 90, and the headlights work great now! No more driving around with open headlight doors! Hope this helps!

Sidman51: the relay you are looking for is inside the car on the driver's side. It should be up under the dash to the left of the steering column. It should be fairly close to the dimmer module. The technical reference refers to it as a "concealed headlamp relay module."

It is in behind the left kick panel near the cable brake pedal
