SOURCE: blower control switch
I had this same problem and it turned out to be a simple fix,my problem was the hot wire contact on the blower itself.Fix was cleaning the contact w/sandpaper and replacing the part on the hot wire that connects to it.

Run a new wire to the motor from the switch this will do 2 things for you. It will tell you if your switch is still good, and if it works you just fixed your problem.

Could be a bad recirc door housing, or a bad mode door actuator. There are not four vent actuators. I do see alot of recirc door housings break, and cause the problem you describe.

check if there is any voltage reading at the fan blower wiring when activated,if there is an it still does not work then you may need a replacement blower...
