Question about Dodge Stratus
I have had my 2004 dodge stratus SXT for 5 years now. it has 71000 miles on it. i have had no problems with it before. i change the oil regularly (3000-5000) miles. i use Valvoline 75000 oil. it can run all three types of gas. but the other day, about a week after the last oil change, i got on the freeway and the service engine light came on and wont turn off. the oil is still at the correct level and the trans and it runs great. no smoke and no leaks. can you tell me what this might possible be. i was hoping for a bad sensor. or something simple.
Try to reset the computer by disconnecting the positive battery cable for a minute and see if the light comes back on after that if not your good to go
