Are you by chance running pure antifreeze in the coolant system? Pure antifreeze is less efficient at cooling an engine compared to the normal 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.

Check fuses, check wires going to blower motor if possible, but im 75% sure its a faulty blower motor, or fan has come off of the motor itself.

Leaking engine coolant. the coolant eventually all leaks out and car over heats.

Does the leak show up on the ground when you are parked with the engine running or stopped.
Determine where it's leaking from. Hose? near fire wall, near radiator. Water pump will leak when it's worn.
Can you smell it when you're inside the car? heater core.

No heat from vents after car sits freezing for 3 weeks

It sounds like you may have an air bubble in the system. Try disconnecting the highest heater hose and see if you can burp some air out of it. Is your coolant solution strong enough so it's not freezing up? Also before you disconnect the heater hose, feel it, is it warm? If the heater hoses are warm, then the problem could be with the heater

Hyundai accent stops running after heats up

I had the exact smae problem and threw aaway a ton of money on bad "guesses" at what was wrong. The actual fix was replacing the crank shaft position sensor for 50 or 60 bucks. Swapped out bad for good and cars has run great every day since.
