Fuel pump squeaking, filter resticted or pump failing?

2004 b6 s-4, consistant squeak coming from fuel pump, only 72,000 miles on car. Could this be filter related restriction or is pump on the way out? My B5 pump lasted 180K with no issues.

Yes, it could be the fuel filter, but the pump may be on the way out also. Change the filter first. I have seen the pump get replaced and a noise still exists. It usually caused by the fuel filter.

What do i do for loud squeak when i turn flymo tl400

Loud squeak when turning on is usually low power steering fluid or a water pump going out. If the power steering fluid is fine keep an eye on your temp gauge and make sure it is staying consistent when hot.

the squeaks will be dry rubber bushings. Use some wd-40 and squirt one bush at a time to find the squeak and replace that one or re-tension the nuts or bolts. could be the sway bar bushes.

My front brakes squeak, I replaced the pads but the squeak is still there. These have squeaked for a long time?

There is an ongoing problem with squeaking front brakes on dodge rams and charger rt.From 2000 up to present Ihave been told dodge used cheap pads and rotors on a lot of there cars and trucks.I own a 2008 charger rt with 40000 miles and changed brake pads and rotors twice and they still squeak.i herd only remedy is to buy upgraded pads and rotors but these are much more expensive then stock parts. For now i am putting up with squeak till i get the extra money to get rid of noise.the brakes wont fail they just squeak.(I know very annoying)for now i just turn up radio a little louder LoL.But until dodge admits there using cheap ???? parts complaining to dealer didnt help.Good luck. PS A friend of mine put on slotted rotors and expensive pads and yes the still squeak. So mabye it has somthing to do with calipers but again dodge wont admit this.

What to expect at 30K scheduled maintence-cost-wise/squeaking

Your owners manual will tell you what things they check and replace. At 30,000 miles the vehicle should still be under warranty, I believe vehicles now days come with 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. Spark plugs are supposed to last 100,000 mile, so you should be looking at maybe an air filter, fuel filter, transmission fluid and filter, engine oil and filter. Squeaking noise may be brakes. Do you stop hard? Ask for an estimate before you let them attack your car.

Try replacing the intank plug-in for the fuel pump. They have been known to go bad even though they look okay.

Consistent Wheel Squeaking - Right Front Wheel

This may be a worn down front brake shoe or pad, some after market pads come with a wear indicator.
This wear indicator rubs the rotor when the pad is in need of changing.
