Misfire in cylinder 1

It could be an ignition problem, a fuel injector problem, or a mechanical problem in that cylinder-like a burned valve or a worn cam lobe. The first two are pretty easy to fix, but a mechanical problem involves some expense, removing the cylinder head to find and fix it. I would ask the owner if she would allow a compression test of the engine before buying it. A mechanical problem would show up as low compression in that cylinder. You would then be in a better position to judge the true value of the vehicle's engine, and how much you are willing to fork over.

The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6 !! What could be more logical?

Going from the timing belt towards the trans end, the RH bank cylinders are 1-3-5, and the LH bank 2-4-6.

Firing order for 2002 toyota runner

The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6 but it uses direct ignition so it has a coil for each spark plug.
The cylinders on the passenger side are 1-3-5 and the driver side is 2-4-6.

91 4runner not running on 1,3,&#4

Seems like you replaced everything on the ignition but the cap. Sounds like a good place to look to me.
Look for burn marks around contacts.

I have to press the gas pedal all the way to the floor for it to catch speed i can't jus normally press the pedal because it will not catch speed fast enough.

Sounds like it may need a tune up, you are not firing all cylinders...clogged fuel infectors, bad spark plug or cables
