Make sure that all the bulbs are good and have a good connection. Could be a bad connection in the switch. Rotate the switch handle back and forth several times .

I do not think the blinkers have a "right" and "left" fuse...Its usually a flasher/blinker relay.
Try replacing the bulbs.. make sure their sockets are clean and able to hold the bulbs tight. If you are not getting both right side blinkers to work and you know both bulbs are good, the switch in the column may be the culprit.
There is only one fuse for the brake light, so if the passenger side is working, the fuse is OK. You most likely have a bad bulb, bad bulb socket or a wire issue. The circuit board that all of the rear light are mounted to also has had problems in the past. BTW - the fuses for the rear light are under the rear seat.
I belive I took the light houseing off. Open the Hood Take the whole thing off Then turn the light out of the housing . It is very important not to touch the glasss on your new light as it will shorten the life of your bulb. You can wear gloves even vinal or latex would work

I have used Wagner brake pads for several years and have good good luck with them...I think they are called the Thermo Quiets. i tried a house brand and they were noisy and created alot of brake dust.
