I recently put air flow in my 2010 1500 ram

i do not know what air flow is, but i know that the popping noise is the electronic vents opening or closing depends of the hot or cold selector. could be a vent not seated correctly or some obstruction keeping vents from opening or closing all the way

2004 xterra makes clicking noise when AC is on. Blows cold air. When AC off no clicking noise

Try simple first, make sure it isn't frozen up and the click is the fan skipping off of ice buildup....no wet spot under your car when you are parked for a few min is a dead give away, or water sprinkles blowing through vent when way over full, clear drain ports when thawed out also check to see if something went down vent.

Thumping/ Clicking noise from dash

sounds like a pen cap fell down the defrost vent ??? just a pain you have to open things up. just went through this with a sterling truck but the vent flap broke the rear hinge and was flopping around inside.

Pontiac g6 2006 heater/ac fan doesnt work on #3 speed setting, fan made squealing bearing noise for a while but quit, also inside/outsied air vent switch vent makes clicking noise when set to outside air

you will need to replace the blower motor as it has probably siezed going by the squealing noise you say you heard.i`m assuming this has more than 3 speeds for the fan motor.if it wasn`t working on one speed then you probably have a bad blower motor resistor that will need to be replaced as well so you will have all fan speeds.this is located in the air duct housing near the blower motor and will have about 6 wires on it.some of these on under the hood on the firewall anywhere from the passenger side to the center of the firewall.not sure about the vent switch.if the vent switch is moving the doors and you hear a clicking then you may have a vent door problem that the door pivot is worn.

Rear a/c heat vent do not work

Sounds like the flapper valve for the rear heater/AC core is not doing its job to send the air through the AC core when called for.

Another clue of this is the fact that the air is coming out on the lower vents when it should be up high fro AC.

Have someone listen back by the fan inlet in the back usually on the right while you switch between AC and heat to see if they hear any noise or change in air flow.

Worst case is that the interior panel there has to be removed to service the assembly behind it.

Clicking noise in AC/Heater unit. Doesn't do in

the motor that opens the vent is stuck. Put in it fresh air mode. the vent should be on the pass side behind the glove box. Take off the glove box and disconnect the motor and replcae it. Or the cheap way is to not use that mode
