I got an oil change one week from today and I noticed that yesterday my change oil light came on. What does this mean? Did they not do my oil change correct? I need to know before I began to complain.

They didnt reset the computer when they changed it,
turn your key all the way on (but do not start the car) and push the gas peddle 3 thimes real fast all the way too the floor, this resets the change oil sensor, till the next 3000 miles you may have too do this several times for it too work it takes my truck 7 times !!!

Had oil changed and an oil sensor replaced yesterday. today oil light flashes when slowing down.

Typically that means the oil is low (since it moves with the car, when you're breaking the oil is going to the front of the pan, and being low enough this causes the sensor to detect a lack of oil).
Check the oil level

no big deal , just have to make the maintenance changing of filters and oil. but its better to take it to the dealer workshop cause they will change the filters 4 u and plug it to the computer.

99 Hyundai Automatic hesitates to move & check-engine light just

It is most probably your knock sensor that activated the check engine light.
1.By start off, I presume it means to take off in gear (the vehicle moving).
Start the vehicle and let it idle for about a minute, then with the engine still running pull out the dipstick for the transmission and check your oil level. notice the correct oil level is obtained by looking at the dipstick angled down and follow the solid oil mark from the bottom on the stick to where it is only partially covered in oil, this is your mark.
If it is not on the min. mark or the lowest mark at-least, your ATF oil is way to low and that is why it is taking a long time to start off and seems to be jerking.
2. If the above is not your problem, ask your self when last was my vehicle serviced, spark plugs ect.
