You probably blew the fusible link:

The main fusible link is secured by two 8 mm bolts. On one side of the fusible link box, there is a flap. Fold down that flap to access the one bolt. The other one is a bit tricky. You need to separate the relays box from the fusible link box to access the other 8 mm bolt.

I'm guessing you re-seated the fuses in question. Sometimes reseating the fuses fixes the issue. You can also swap same color fuses with same amps to test them. The next step would be using a volt meter. As always, safety first.
It could be a fusible link. You can check all of them to see if they are blown. If you don't know what they look like, do a search in google and you'll see examples. Do you have a service manual? If not, maybe look for the service manual at the local library. Fusible links are about $3 to $5 at AutoZone. Dealers charge about $12 for them. As always, safety first.

the plastic around the gear shifter will pop up with a good pull, then turn it side ways to get over the shifter, then there are 2 screws the hold the bezel down around the radio and air vents, then just pull from the air vents it will pop off to reveil the screws to the radio

Sounds like coolant isn't circulating. While moving engine making pump circulate coolant and fresh air hitting front of radiator. At idle or a stop, engine not making pump run as fast and there is no fresh air hiiting radiator ( especially if fan isn't working properly) Check out water pump and cooling fan.
