Question about 1991 Buick Park Avenue
Disconnect the air intake to the throttle body and spray some Ether into the throttle body and see if it will attempt to fire. If it doesn't, you might want to get a spark plug tester and plug it in to see if you are getting any fire, if you are getting fire, the timing chain might be at fault, if you aren't getting fire, you will need to go to the source of distribution of voltage...the module would be a next good place to look...good luck!
