I have a '98 3.3L Chrysler Grand Voyager (as known in South Africa). Looks like what you guys call a Dodge Grand Caravan. The vehicle runs fine for about half an hour then when you accelorate, the revs drop. Shortly after this the engine cuts out and it won't start up again. Engine oil temp is fine. Starter swings very strong but it's as if there's no fuel coming thru. Don't smell any fuel no matter how many times you try to start the vehicle. Was told it might be a relay switch or the fuel pump. When I check the fuse box, it's very hot (included fuses/relays). After being towed home the car starts first time. Cooled down? Agents here in SA say they can only problem solve when the problem manifests itself. Their diagnostic machines are not picking up any error. Please help!!!
When it quits & won't restart, If you pull air intake hose of at throttle body & spray 2 or 3 seconds of WD-40 (like quick start) inside the throttle body with plate pushed open, then try to start & if it kicks over or fires up for a second or 2 then dies, you'll know it's a fuel related problem, then you can take a good look at rest of fuel system for problems like relay or pump.

Must be from another Chrysler product vehicle with a 3.3 I would recommend another caravan, grand caravan or chrysler town n country as there are sometimes brackets bolted to the transmission case and you're more likely to get the same or very similar transmission case using those vehicles.
Aug 13, 2014 - I hear this bubbling sound when I turn the engine off. It occasionally ... When the engine is hot and the coolant is boiling, open your hood and have a look around. DO NOT try ... 2005 chrysler neon clunking noise from front end.Missing: dodge
this can be done without engine removal. you will need a frost plug install tool with a movable head to get the angle to knock in the frost plug your installing. the procedure is the same weather its a grand or just a regular caravan.
