Other than a fuel leak, the most likely cause is the filter pad in the charcoal evaporative canister, which is usually located in front of the engine near the radiator.

1997 ford f 150 xlt 4x4 it feels like its stuck in low gears it goes in all the gears and not in 4x4


Check vacuum pod on front axle at the gear hub or pumkin it will have a black plastic cover over it this pod engages the gears for 4X4. Remove cover and spray down with WD 40.

I am having a problem removing my starter think it is stuck to the fly wheele


TRY TURNING THE CRANK WITH A BREAKER BAR AND SOCKET THAT FITS BOLT IN THE CENTER OF THE HARMONIC BALANCER (FRONT OF ENGINE LOWEST PULLY IN THE CENTER. BUT SOMETIME YOU HAVE TO PRY THE OLD STARTER OUT MAKE SURE ALL BOLTS ARE REMOVED THEY LIKE TO HIDE.

Check engine light


Try removing the negative cable from the battery. Leave it off for a few minutes and see if that resets the code.

I need to remove the engine in a 2004 F150


you can remove the engine w/o removing the cab- remove the radiator and intake- you are going want to use a lift. remove the hood. it is easier to remove the cab tho.

you should not have to remove the panel by taking the four phillips screws out of the speaker grill you will pull out through front
