For the purposes of the D.I.C.
LO = NO
HI = YES

Starts here:

PRESS:
OFF & WARM (red button) together
-the D.I.C. will light up the instrument cluster like a Christmas tree
- the D.I.C. will start diagnostics, as soon as it starts displaying ..

PRESS:
LO
- until " ECM " comes up

PRESS:
HI
- until " CLEAR CODES ? " comes up

PRESS:
HI
- press only once
- response will be in a few seconds: CODES CLEARED

you are done ...

PRESS RESET and you are back to normal

Good Luck and Hope this helps

How to reset computer on navigator

You will need to have a readout of all stored codes in the ECU, correct all issues causing fault codes, then perform a code reset using the ODB reader (or just wait for faults to clear after problems have been corrected).
If your CHECK ENGINE light is on, it will not "clear" until you fix whatever is wrong.

How do i clear a codes in a loop on my ECU

If these fault codes have become embedded even after an ecu reflash and software upgrade, why does it worry you?
Unless the mil light stays on all the time.
Surely these codes will only be read when a diagnostic test is carried out?

WHERE IS THE ECU FUSE

The main fuse, here is called a fuse link, which is actually a pre-sized wire. To disconnect the ECU you need to disconnect the battery, both cables. If you are trying to clear a code, disconnecting the battery will clear the code and the ECU memory with it. This will render the car unable to be inspected for Emissions. You will have to complete what is called a "drive cycle" which takes from 28 to 58 miles of normal driving. In that amount of driving most codes will come back. If your car has a code or the Check engine light is on, take it to a local Auto parts store. They will read the code for you for free. They do this in hopes of selling you the parts needed to repair the car. Now they can not by law clear the codes for you unless they repair the problem. Hope this helps.

I replaced the heater core , now i have no communication,no power to ecu fuse 29 dtc p1850 battrey was disconnected

If you disconnected your battery for the heater core replacement, the computer is simply telling on you. You are SUPPOSED to disconnect it, but the computer is just a doggone tattle-tell. Simply clear the code and move on with your life. (If you are getting codes from the ECU, you obviously don't have a communication problem with the ECU)

WONT START WHEN COLD CRANKS FINE. HAS CODE 54 CAM

ok, any obd code means the sensor concerned is not detected by the ecu, or is way out of range of the normal signal the ecu expects. I would therefor check the electrical path between the sensor and the ecu terminals, it may be just a chafed cable or wire.
