Question about 2003 BMW 325
You could have a bad U-joint or a bad transmission mount.
If your U-joint have a grease fitting, you could try lubing it. If it does not, then it may need to be replace upon inspection.
When inspecting the u-joint. Look for excessive movement's Look at the condition as to any excsive rust at the U-joint Look to see if there is any binding of the U-joint Look to see the condition of the transmission mount's and any other bushing to the rear axle assembly
