If they all don't work and you checked the fuse and it's good it is the window switch. Pretty easy fix, get a door panel tool at a parts store, unscrew all of the screws for the door pull, door handle cover, and what ever else is screwed on. Use the door panel tool to pop off the cover and the switch will then be accessible.

I forgot to tell you that the driver side switch will be the problem switch.

Where is the window regulator located on my 2002 mercury moutaineer

OK, Odd question, but it is connected to the window, as well as the inside of the door frame.

After you remove the door panel and insulation you will see to flat long rods with pulleys and cables with the motor connected to it to raise and lower the window.

Power windows don't work

check your driver switch's(main) window lock feature button...Possible moisture inside, stuck or electrically damaged. The entire switch will need to be replaced if this is the problem. Hopefully this helps

2002 Mercury Moutaineer-- Power window problem

It may not be a fuse, it also could be other things, such as a relay, regulator or window motor. This diagnostice article helps narrow down your problem causer:

Whatever it is, I just noticed that the auto parts seller ad below on that page offers free shipping, which now helps us blue collar workers a bit--every bit helps.

Good luck!
