Question about 1998 Toyota Camry
If its sputtering and misfiring , i can almost guarantee you its the distributor, i've have 3 mustangs over 15 yrs and any problems i had after a rainfall or during one was always an ignition problem, usually a bad spark plug wire, or a crack or split on the the cap letting moisture in.

When the ignition is turned to RUN or START, the
theft indicator will light for 3 seconds and then go
out. If the theft indicator stays on for an extended
period of time or flashes rapidly, have the system
serviced by your dealership or a qualified technician.
