If you have any leaks near the front of the motor check water pump.
By grabbing fan(engine not running) to see if there is any play.
Push and pull fan forward and backward if there is any significant movement replace water pump.

My rpm gauge is red lining on my dash board

The rpm signal comes from the ignition module, since that is related to the engine speed, that you said is fine, most likely the dashboard gage is acting up, could be a nussainse but, wouldn't afect anything else, of course if bothers you need to replace the whole thing since I'm pretty sure it's not serviceable.

Problem with heating up and staying heated.

Thermostat is sticking or heater core is blocked.do not keep running it or it is going to ruin the engine. It is running hot regardless if is blowing cool or hot air. Do not keep using the car.

Cause no heat temp gauge red lined in

sounds like the thermostat is stuck shut..unless the head gasket is blown somewhere.. it will pump the antifreeze level down to form an air pocket.. this will cause overheating constantly check each cylinder for even compression..the lowest reading will most likely be the blown cylinder..

Put fuel pump in 94 gmc 1500 and when truck heats up it will die acts like it isnt getting fuel what should i check next

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge when the engine is hot.
Could be a faulty pump, or pump relay.

How much does it costs to replace or repair a fan system in my van? My van gets cold when I am driving but the moment I am stopped at a light or in traffic the temperature gauge starts going up closer to...

Befor you replace the fan you need to check the thurmastat. Turn on heater and see if cools down the motor. Could also be your heater core going out. this supplys the water through your system to cool. as well as heat. good luck
If you do have to replace fan it should be under $100

Reverse doesn't work. drive slips

Sounds like a transmission problem. It could be just electrical, but sounds like it may be partially internal with the reverse problem you are having. You need to take it to a trans shop, or the dealer.

Sputters and dies

Do you have the shop manual? You need verify the workings of each part and system one at a time. Follow the working line. You stated you checked the fuel pressure. Where was it checked? At which location? Was it checked under throttle? Does the fuel regulator check out? Is the fuel good (any water)? These problems can sometimes be a bear to find. It takes time and patience. Do one thing at a time and verify that it works properly before moving on to the next part/attack plan. Check all ground conections from the block/engine to the frame/body. Once you verify that the fuel delivery is good, start looking at emission related parts and fuel management parts (TPS, MAF, Cold start injector, EGR, etc.)
