Do you mean the engine won't keep running for 20 minutes either, plus it's cold inside too.?

doesn't really matter what your gender is.... that sounds like either your thermostat is stuck open... or perhaps it's been removed. what is the climate like where you are ?

OK girl I wouldn't have known was a girl, Have you checked to see if the thermostat is stuck open?
Which engine do you have in there?
Thermostat should be a 195 degree.

Also, if you have an electric fan on the radiator, is it on when the engine is cold?

My jeep wont start in cold weather even when it is plugged in. turns over but wnt fire. starts good when the weather warms up. replaced distributor. new battery. new coil.

Sounds like you need to have your ecu repaired. I've seen this problem on 91-98 Grand Cherokees due to components inside the ecu slowly failing, and really acting up when the weather is colder. A good indicator as to if you have this problem is if your check engine light takes a while to light up, on the dash, when you turn the ignition on, before trying to crank the engine. If the light is delayed in your jeep, you need to repair the ecu.

Car won't restart. I think it has to do with the security.

Yep, its possiblke that you have any proboem with the THEFT system; check in this LINK information about disarm it: 1996-Jeep-Grad-Cherokee-Anti-Theft-System

Keep in mind that the Grand Cherokee '93 at '98 keep the same features 8I have '93 GC Limited and this procedure work for me).

Good luck (remember to rate and commene this answer).

The front seat of my 98 jeep grand cherokee wont move up or back

Try tapping the seat motors under the seat while operating the switch.
Sometimes this trick will cure the problem for a short while. If the seat starts to move, then you will need a motor assy. If the seats do not move, there is a 2 wire plug that supplies power to the seat motor assy. check to see if you have 12 volts to the red wire.
