Misfire on number four engine code

I'm getting a engine code misfire on number four on my 1999 toyota 4runner

    my engine light on my 1999 4runner came on. i scaned the code and it only said misfire on number four. when you take off it does fine as long as you don't give it to much throtle to fast. runs fine as long as you put your foot in it. starts fine.
