Check your wire harness between the door and the car body on the driver side. These wires tend to break inside the insulation from the constant opening and closeing of the door.

Power windows won t work

There are broken wires in the wiring harness between the frame and your driver's side door. These wires control all the windows and door locks in a 95 Jeep. Same thing happened to me. You will have to cut the rubber boot to get it off and check which wires are broken and repair them.

Power windows won t work

MY POWER WINDOWS WOULD WORK AND THEN NOT WORK, IT SEEMED TO BE WHEN I WOULD SHUT THE DOOOR THEN THEY WOULD WORK, THEN CLOSE THE DOOR AGAIN AND THEN THEY WOULD QUIT AGAIN. THEY ALL STOPPED WORKING AT THE SAME TIME, IT SEEMS TO HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR. NOW THEY WON'T WORK AT ALL.

Try going to your local chrysler dealer for that part. I don't think I would trust a used wiring harness for that application. That was a common problem and it seemed the wires were just a tad bit to short. It did create a multitude of issues with door locks, windows mirrors, and Alarm. I believe the factory part has been revised. I never had to put a second one in a vehicle. And also the part guy should be asking your for your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to look up the part, so be sure to bring that with you. And if you don't know where that is located it doesn't matter, bring your registration it is on that.

Look at the harness between the drivers door and the "A" pillar. Peel back the boot and check the wires in there to see if they are broken.
