Question about 1995 Saab 900
The long term solution is to sell your Vauxhalls. They are very problematic... I own a Vauxhall Astra Twintop Sport 1.8 2007 and i had to replace the clutch at 28k miles costing 1200. Vauxhall would not cover it under warranty. Now, my roof is stuck down at only 41k miles and they want 1250 to fix. STAY AWAY FROM VAUXHALL! I am going to order parts, fix myself, sell then buy a BMW 5 series. Never will I go near another Vauxhall.

SOURCE: vauxhall astra horn
The problem is in the loom in the steering wheel, it requires removal of the airbag and a new wheel loom to be fitted. The loom costs about £15.00 I think.
