Jaguar xj sport 3.2 no spark or injector pulse

If ECU has crank signal and engine turns over, ECU should give injectors a pulse and trigger the ignition. If not ECU might be bad. You should check power and grounds going to ECU. There are usually multiple power and grounds going into ECU

I have a 1994 jaguar xj6 that has no injector pulse but it gets fuel to fuel rail and it gets spark,so what could be going on?

Try gently moving the shifter around while cranking the engine (while in the park position). There is a sensor in the J-shift that will prevent the proper voltage from reaching the main computer if it is out of adjustment. This problem drove me nuts until I figured it out. I would start and run fine, then it was like the fuel pump went out. Good Luck (I know it's an old post but it might help someone)

check for spark if there is no fuel coming out of injectors you can borrow noid lights from orielies auto parts check the injectors for pulse width if you have no pulse your computer is bad if vyou have no spark remove dist ributer cap and see if rotor turns while cranking if it does check for spark between coil and dist if no spark you more then likely have a bad ignition module

1993 Pontiac Grand Am 2.3L engine fuel injectors not working. Am getting spark, am getting+12V and gnd to injector harness, but no pulses to injectors. What could cause this?

The computer is the ground for the injectors. Recheck the harness with some one cranking the engine. if the meter doesn't fluctuate the the drivers are bad in the computer. you have to replace the computer
