Question about Honda CR-V
There are a couple after-market products for do-it-yourselfers for repairing minor bumps, discolorations, dents, and the likes.
If your white spots got there as a result of a scratch from another car with white body color, you could find some chemical-based product to clean it out.
However, most of these plastic/vinyl bumpers are all made black by the manufactures. And they are supposed to be repainted in colors exactly matching the concerned vehicle.
Visit a reputable autoparts store, and look in the 'body section'. You should find 'spot/scratch remover' in about two different quantities. If unable to locate this in the store, ask for assistance.
