Question about 1996 Toyota Tacoma
E-brake is stuck on 96 toyota tacoma
The rear brake pivots maybe seized. look at the back of the brake drums see where the brake cable meets the brakes, there is a leaver there that is suppost to pivot if it is seized. you will need to remove the drums unbolt the e-brake leaver and take it apart to clean the rust out. you maybe able to unseize it by spraying wd-40 into it and working it, but you will need to take it apart to prevent it happening again.
