do an online search of obdll codes and also obdll codes [your make of vehicle ] their are also specific codes just for certain vehicle makes

Is this from the vehicle or a list to work out what they mean? If it's from the vehicle you will need an OBD2 scanner or diagnostic machine.

p1622 is a manufactures test code cylinder select if the check engine warning is not on dont worry about it

Code 12 means that the battery input to the PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key cycles (this is a normal condition).
Code 55 means that you have reached the end of the codes. This is also normal

So if you have a 12, 55 code readout, you basically have no error codes stored.

You can do an internet search for the list by looking for Cadillac OBD 1 code list.

p1405 is a egr code (upstream hose off or pluged)

Call your local Auto Zone, Kragen, Pep Boys, Checkers, or Ford. They will gladly tell you your code, what it means, otherwise search Automotive Codes.com online for what the code means.

You could try troublecodes.net. Not sure if they have listings for AU vehicles tho. Can't a local Toyota mechanic print them for you? Or try a library if you have access.
