My 2005 Pacifica has started slipping out of gear. I had to put in in park and turn it off - then restart to get it to re-engage, but could only get a yard or so before it would shudder and slip out again. What could it be? It's got plenty of transmission fluid and the oil was changed a week ago.

Dodge and Chrysler transmissions in that year range are notorious for failing. Same with Magnum, 300, Chargers, etc...
The transmission is junk and must be rebuilt or replaced.

This is not going to be a DIY fix. Get it to a transmission shop.

SOURCE: Transmission in drive seems to slip into neutral, then back into gear.

Does the fluid look brown and smells burnt or bright clear red.Sounds like the trans is on its way out.Once they start to burn and slip it coats the bands with contaminants that resist holding to the drums when engaging added to that the fact that they are worn a bit after 8 years of driving. If the fluid is not clear red try a service (filter, gasket and fluid )only you can tell wether to do that first or replace outright

But I am afraid I can't tell you want all these codes mean for your car. It was probably not related to the change in fluid that was performed. However, it is serious and should not be driven until fixed. Risk of total destruction of the transmission is too great. I would assume the symptoms are so diverse that it may be a bad transmission control module. Which is about $200, and fairly easy to replace:

But there are other possibilities, such as a bad relief valve could be letting main pressure drop too low.
This is the type of thing which does require an expert and can't easily be done remotely.

SOURCE: I was driving and passed

The valve/solenoid assembly has been damaged. The part is $150, its replacement around $200 (depending on the shop).
Yes, the car is fixable and the bill small enough to be worth the effort.

Car makes a weird click noise when i put in park and will not go into gear

Sounds like something in transmission disconnected from output shaft and part of the transmission is spinning, so when you go to place it in park the park pin is trying to in gauge. Just a thought.
Hope that helps.

I have a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. It is making a grinding noise, and won't drive, reverse or stay in park. It was shifting gears perfectly before everything stopped working. Any idea?

Check the CV axles first. They can pop out and cause your noise and won't keep the vehicle from moving in park. Replace the axle/s if they did.

The car starts, but the gearshift wont move from park

Usually a problem with the brake switch or the solenoid that locks the shifter in park.
That circuit would need to be tested.

Driving down the Interstate last week, just fine, suddenly it's like someone put the car in neutral. coasted to a stop, when i put in Park, there was a fine grinding, BUT car still wanted to roll down hill...

i would say the fine grinding was when you put it in park the output shaft was turning and the parking paw was trying to engage into park then the paw engaged into park but you say it rolled i am thinking that your problem is in the transfercase

Used 1990 Buick Riv trans slps in & outta gear; restart to engage

Not a computer issue. Transmission has problems could be filter stopping up, which also means problems.
