If you have the small block V8 I think it's the 223 engine, you may have to go in through the inner fender well, jack up the front of the car, remove the tire and then locate the screws that hold the inner fender well in place. Remove the fender well and it shoudl give you access to the plugs.

My 95 lumina shakes and misses while accelerating tried plugs, wires, oil chage, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter,1 coil pack,1 rear exhaust push rod and lifter

honestly, sounds like you should go to basics-check compression first, clean the throttle body , check fuel pump pressure at the rail on top of the engine-if you have any kind of check engine light, you need to get the code pulled, you have an OBDI system, so it is not as easy to diagnose-another basic is having good electrical power-battery and alternator in good condition.

How do i replace my spark plug wires in the rear of my 97 chevy lumina? do i have to take the engine mounts off and pull it back?

You have to remove the torque strut, at top and
your front/radiator side and either pry the engine
to the front of car or buy the tool that goes into the
strut mount for that purpose. It draws the engine away
from firewall

How do you rotate the motor in a 2001 Chevy Lumina to change the back three spark plugs

Place the parking brakes on and disconnect the two front dog bone motor mounts. With the transmission placed in park and a friend, free up the parking brake and have your friend push the car forward till the engine rotates far enough for you to work on the rear spark plugs. Put the parking brakes back on and place wheel chalk to the front and rear wheels to ensure the car does not move and you loose an arm.
Good luck and thank you for using FIxya

Best and easy procedure for replacing spark plugs on 1994 chevy lumina

cmcduncand is correct -- this job is not for the timid. But if you have some mechanical aptitude, it can be done. If you look at the top front of your engine, you will see two "dogbone" shaped engine mounts bolted between the front top frame and the engine. One or both of these should have an empty bolt hole in the center portion of the "bone". You will need to remove both bolts on the engine side of these mounts, tilt the engine toward the front, and reinsert one of the bolts through this empty hole. This will give you three or four inches of clearance behind the engine to get at the rear plugs. Be very careful when prying the engine to tilt it -- I punched a hole in the aluminum valve cover the first time I attempted this! Find a more solid area to get your 'purchase'.

Changing spark plugs in my 1996 lumina van with 3.4L engine w a/c it looks like a bear of a job, cant even see plugs from under neith

To access you rear plugs, you need to disconnect the front top engine mount, then put the vehicle in neutral and pull the engine forward (with a large pry bar) and lock the engine to the mount base using the engine mount bolt. Don't forget to chock your wheels so the vehicle doesn't roll away. And really, the job isn't difficult at all.
