Question about 1998 Chevrolet Blazer
I the clutch kicks in every now and then, then the compressor is fine, it just just needs to be serviced and recharged. Don't let them try to talk you into anything else...like they try to get you to buy a new dryer....that's a scam...just have new A/C oil flushed and replaced and then have it recharged. The window problem may be a fuse or it may be a bad window switch or even worse a bad motor in the door of that window.
