You are aware that it is in your fuel tank correct? Most autoparts places give step by step instructions when you make the purchase. Are you sure it needs to be replaced?

You need to jack up the rear end and in front of the spare tire well u will see the gas tank....acrossed the gas tank u wil see to straps w corresponding bolts on each side. Remove these and once u drop ur tank out disconect ur lines un bolt ur fuel pump on top of the tank keep track of the order of the lines and then drop ur new one in and presto new fuel pump the repeat the first few steps in reverse to put the tank back if ur plymoth is like mine u will need some PB Blaster Or WD 40 to crack the bolts on the gas tank straps loose...dnt strip them

I have a 93 plymouth voyager. Driving one day it just died. It will only start with starting fluid. Replaced fuel pump, filter, and relay. Still no luck any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying it will try to start on starting fluid, but not run on fuel from the tank ?
Have you checked fuel pressure at the injectors ?

93 Plymouth Voyager will not start, the Fuel Pump isn't whirring when the key is turned.

You should always hear the pump. Check the electrical connections after you check to fuse.

Changed fuel pump pump on a 93 grand voyoger se will start but wont keep running when press gas pedal

two possibilities are the throttle position sensor is bad/disconnected or the fuel pump is not hooked up properly i.e. the o-ring for the pump is not sealing at the tank. Check your fuel pressure at the rail on top of the engine with a gauge set you can borrow for free at Advance Auto, Pep Boys, Auto Zone or other commercial auto supply stores.

My 93 plymouth voyager won't start unless I spray starting fluid down air cleaner, then it only runs a few seconds.

Listen for fuel pump when turning ignition to on position. If no pump sound, locate fuel pump fuse and relay in box under hood. First check fuse, then listen to relay while ignition is turned to on. Relay should click. If no click, replace relay. If click, circuits are good and pump is likely bad. Please reply if you have questions.

My 93 plym voyager, 3.0 has a hesitation when

if your having cold engine start hesitation, you need to check the engine temp switch,it tells the computer how cold it is,so the engine can adjust to a rich start and not a lean one.if the switch is faulty and the computer is being told it is 80degrees,you will not get a rich mixture like no choke at all

93 voyageur keeps stalling?

The owner should locate the fuel pump first before servicing . prepare the equipment to use in servicing the the fuel pump. The owner of the car should adjust the the Idle. Start the car and check the fuel pump Idle and adjust until the car can drive when it is place into gear.the problem in the car is in the Idle, it means that there is low fuel passing to the fuel pump, that is why the car when it drives or the strength of the car is low when placed into drive. there fore adjusting the Idle until the car will drive when placed into gear is the solution. If the owner don't have time to do it then the owner of the car should go to a car mechanic to do the task or job.

93 plymoth voyager mini van keeps stalling when climbing hills or high temps. i have picked up an oxygen sensor have not instaled yet wondering if anyone has encountered anything simulare?

Oxygen sensor won't help you have a bad fuel filter or fuel pump is not pumping under load which colud be casue by the maf sensor or the furel regulater is bad, to know which one it is you would have to rent a fuel pressure tester and see if the pump is within specks These problems are expensive so I won't tell you wich one it is except change the filter firs, could even be needing a tune up but you have not stated if it had been tuned up or not. Leave more information and I will try to help or someone will try.
