There are many different clocks installed in vehicles depending upon the options listed. Check your owners manual for directions. One common error people make is trying to set the clock when it is on. It should be off when you use the set feature.
There is a yellow wire in the harness coming out of the head unit, this should be connected to a constant power. This circut maintains power to the head unit for the clock and memory.
The red wire should be connected to a source that is turned on and off with the key switch.
8. Clock: Press and hold CLK button until the
hour digit flashes. Turn the volume
control to increase/decrease the
hours. Press again to set the minutes. Turn the volume control to
increase/decrease the minutes
Hold down the clock button until it beeps. Use the arrows which scan for stations to adjust up or down (could be a dial on some models). Push the clock button again to get to the minutes, adjust, then push once again to start it.
