1995 pontiac grand am: AC lines: PLEASE HELP

I have a 1995 grand am se 2.3L. I need to know what the two pressurized metal lines going into the firewall are. I accidentally unhooked to smaller of the two lines and believe that refrigerent came out. I hooked the line back up and checked the refrigerent level and it is okay, but the ac is still not blowing cold. Please Help

I accidently unhooked the wrong line. It is a metal line that was pressurized. I believe that it is an ac line.

I have checked the low side with a gauge and added a little 134a but my gauge reads in the safe operating range. If i unhooked the high side would the low side still read full, and if so how do i recharge High side.

Likely you lost some refrigerant...system may have some in there but not enough. You need a set of gauges to fill correctly.

Alot of gas in the choke/air filter

You may have a ruptured diafram in the fuel pressure regulator which is putting unmetered fuel in the vacuum/intake system. It is located underneath the upper plenum. If you remove the vacuum hose going to it and fuel comes out, it is defective. You can find the hose diagram for the car on the hood or radiator core support to know which hose it is.

1995 pontiac grand am: AC

You take your car to the nearest licensed automotive A/C shop and have them evacuate the system and recharge.

I'm saying this because once you have opened the system, you have let moisture into it. Even a small amount of moisture will damage your A/C system, and needs to be removed. Also, they will know just how much refrigerant to put into the system once it is moisture free.
