Question about 1984 Lincoln Town Car
Start cheap. Get someone to check your tire first. Make sure there are no knots or broken belts. If there are alot of miles then it could be time for a wheel bearing change. Possible you have differential trouble. Is it loader if you turn sharper? U joint usually make squeaks or click before they go bad.

Lots of things to check. Rear wheels, lug nuts, loose suspension piece, rear wheel bearing, since this is a rear wheel drive car i would also check the u-joints. From your description, it sounds either like a loose wheel or a wheel bearing, since the noise and vibration only occurs when you are turning. Hope this helps you, Rick
