I had the same problem and it lasted for about 3 months. I got a new battery for the car and it stopped happening. Good luck!

TRANSMISSION GOES INTO GEAR (REVERSE AND DRIVE) BUT WILL NOT MOVE. 2004 SUZUKI VERONA

auto trans.101
1: check levels by the book, not like engine. RTM
2: check fuses.
3: scan it, or get it scanned. for transmission errors.
if car wont move and RPM goes high as foot presses guess
that is trans slip.
of RPM (engine) does not rise or only tiny,
that is lost engine power, total loss. but idle. (can happen)

What would cause a 2004 Suzuki Verona quit firing after changing the plugs

If nothing else was removed, did you put the correct spark plugs in it?
Sometimes an off brand of spark plug will cause a problem. I would recommend NGK spark plugs.

2004 suzuski have a loud sound when driving and get louder driving faster

This sounds similar to what was wrong with my Verona when I bought it private party. Is the ABS light on? Take your car into the shop to see if it's the wheel hub assembly (wheel bearing). Sadly, if it is the wheel bearing, a new one is pricey $$$. Good luck! :)
Additional Info: I've only had my 2004 Verona EX for a few months and it has been nothing but problems--the first being a bad wheel bearing. Check Engine light seems to be on every other week because the fuel system is too lean somewhere. It's also an oil hog. Unless you have an extended drivetrain warranty, forget getting any help from Suzuki Corporate.

Where is my transmission dip stick located at on my 2004 suzuki verona

Hi, If it is a manual Transmission you will not find one. On automatic transmission you will find it near the back of the engine near the firewall. sometimes marked with yellow or red paint on it.
Good luck.

The passenger headlight keeps going out!

My guess is the seal is allowing mosture to get in and short it out. Check the seal where you insert the bulb. Also applying dieletic grease to the connections sometimes keeps the mosture from causing a short.

I own a 2004 suzuki verona and am having trouble with the steering. It started about 2 hours ago. It is hard to turn my wheels. The power steering fluid was empty so I filled that and now its still doing...

hi sorry i cant help with the warranty, but it sounds like the seals or a seal has gone on the rack, have a look under the vehicle for any fluid residue, sometimes it takes allot to fill the powe stearing, best way to do it is fill the resivior up while motor is running and trun full lock one way then back the other , keep doing this untill you get it back, also if you cant see under the vehicle get a large peice of cardboard place it on the floor where you normally park, the turn the wheel a few times, this way it will tell tale if you have a leak, although if the fluid was empty you possibly do have one but try it anyway, just another tip, you can actually buy a special fluid that will reviterlise the seals in the rack it might be worth looking into that first before you replace it, also, have a look at the connections where the fluid goes into, they might just be loose and need nipping up again hope that will help
