Both tail lights and dash light use the same fuse.

Dash lights do not work, is it a fuse? And if so, wich one?

The dash lights and tail lights are usually on the same fuse, look for the tail light fuse. You may want check the wiring at the rear of the vehicle, especially trailer light wires. If your truck has one of those add in connectors for trailer lights, that you plug into the wire harness, you may want to take that apart. They sometimes get corroded and short out.

The brake light and the turn signal are the same bulb. Most of the time if the bulb on the dash stays on it is because a bulb is blown and thats the way it tells you.

can only really be the wiring with what you have told me? if you take an voltage meter and check for voltage. if nothing then maybe a quick look at the lighting tracks on the unit itself.
