I had the same troubles with an old car i used to drive. everyone said it wasnt the fuse because the brights worked. i finally changed the fuse anyway and my dim started working again. apparently the fuse will still be good enough to work the brights but not the dims. the fuses are pretty darn cheap to replace so i would try this if i were you.

Car headlights have 2 filaments each, 1 for high beam and other one for low, if both headlights are off there might be problem with the wires or relays and fuse. Have this serviced by an authorized auto-electrician since electrical wirings for gasoline engined cars are quite delicate and requires urgent attention.

Replace headlight bulbs on a 2000 chevy blazer LT.

Yes, you can. Just take off the front grill, and the
headlights assembly. Don't tinker with the head-
light assembly adjusting nut, as this would change your headlight level. Take headlight bulb
off and change it. Replace the headlight, then, the
grill, and it's done.

2000 chevy blazer-- the low beams do not turn off---

you need to disconnect your headlight switch if they go out your switch is faulty, if they stay on you will have a headlight relay fitted somewhere, look in handbook, disconnect relay if they go out relay is faulty. hope this helps.

95 chevy blazer has dash lights intensity varying while driving

This is not a voltage problem. The problem is in the headlight/dash dimmer. You have to turn the dimmer switch on the headlight switch to select what intensity you have right? try turning it down just a smidge and if it stays steady then it is most likely a dimmer switch problem. This requires replacement of the headlight/dimmer switch to fix. local auto parts shop should be able to have this in stock.
ps dont forget to rate my solution please. Thanks
