Question about 1992 Saturn SL2
My 1992 saturn sl2's battey died around a year ago, i originaly blamed this on the fact that i had left my lights on, so i replaced the battery and it drove fine for around 2 weeks, then the battery died again, i took it in and they said the battery had a bad cell and replaced it, they also did a test on the cars charging systems and said it was functioning fine. well it died again around 6 months ago and has been sitting since. recently i tried jumping it and when i do i get an engine warning light and a VERY rough sounding idle. is it worth taking the car in to have it repaired or should i give up on it. other than the battery woes the car used to run perfectly.
I have one that has a leaky injector that floods one cylinder if it sits more than a few days. hold the pedal to the floor until it fires and see if you can get it to smooth out. My guess is the alternator as well. I think you got bilked on the battery...

Had a similar problem with one i owned, you might want to look at the solenoid in the alternator it may be bad!
