If there is only 8 volts to the coil, that is your problem. There should be battery voltage (12.2) volts to the coil with the ignition switch turned on. Connect a voltmeter between the DARK GREEN/BLACK wire at the ignition coil and the POSITIVE battery post. Turn the key on. If the volt meter reads more than 0.3 volts then you have a voltage-drop (high resistance) problem on your coil B+ circuit. The coil is powered by the Auto Shutdown (ASD) relay - this is the MOST LIKELY source of high resistance in this circuit.

2000 t/c 3.8 turns over no spark new cam, crank sensor coil pak and computer 126000 mi

If the dealer did the work then they most likley checked the ASD relay which powers the fuel and ign. Also you should make sure you are getting a consistant signal from the crank sensor. If not the magnet may of broke inside the cover. Also you should have a ign fuse or PCM fuse. Also you may of lost your computer ground. Add a new one to verify. Make sure you have 12v on the hot pcm wire.

My 94 jeep grand cherokee has no spark or fuel to the engine. the check engine light will not come on and the security system doesnt work. gas down the throtle boy doesnt let it start.

1-check fuses if fuses ok go number 2.
2-check for power to the crank shaft sensor (test light) for a positive if no positive replace asd relay.
if you got power to sensor check for signal while cranking on the engine (connect the test light to (+) on battery if no signal replace the sensor. hope this helps.

My 97 grand cherokee is not getting any voltage to the coil already checked the asd

You may have a bad crank sensor or PCM, or ignition module. Or you may have a ign or PCM fuse that popped.

The crankshaft position sensor was seriously problematic in those old jeeps. It's located towards the top of the bell housing slightly to the driver's side I think.

94 jeep cheokeeshut down problem

The autoshut down relay powers up a lot of stuff, injectors, coil, alternator. The PCM turns it on only after it gets a signal from the crank sensor. It may be fed by a fuse link not a fuse, not sure. What kind of problem are you having?
